Jody will be at the fields the following days and times. She will be collecting paperwork answering questions and helping the team moms and coach with these issues. Do not wait till the last minute for help please.

SNACK BAR VOLUNTEERING:
The snack bar Schedule rules are as follows:
* Each team is assigned a shift. The shifts will not be changed unless the TEAM PARENT or the VOLUNTEER makes a trade in shifts...Please have them notify the Team Parent and JODY KELPAR of the change.
* Each Team must supply 2 volunteers per 2 hour shift assigned 1 pt each shift
* It maybe a parent and a child over the age of 12
* No children under 12 to be in the snack bar
* Each volunteer must have a name, team name, cell # and email address when signing up
* If your volunteer does not show up or have a replacement show up they are subject to a $25.00 penalty fee paid to the person who works for them
* Lastly - We have fill in workers available at $20.00 per shift Please contact Jody if you want to be considered for this work OR you need to use a fill in worker
*** 3 teams are working opening night and day so they are on bottom of the schedule
