TGS is proud to participate with the OC Fall Ball association. Our Fall schedule will include weekly games played on Sundays*. During the Fall season, families may travel to other surrounding Orange County leagues for games. There are no weekday games.

Birth Years: Age divisions based on Spring 2025 Age Requirements. Please see chart below for more details.

Play-Downs or Play-Ups: Any requests for an exemption must be approved. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and granted only under exceptional circumstances.

*14u may play on Saturdays


Registration Fees

  • Fees due at Registration:
    • 6U - $100 (NO TRYOUT REQUIRED)
    • 8U, 10U, 12U, & 14U  REC- $175 (NO TRYOUT REQUIRED)
    • 8U, 10U, 12U & 14U SELECT* -  $175 AT REGISTRATION.  (All players interested in participating in Fall Select will be required to attend the Select Tryout. YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $100 IF YOU'RE OFFERED AND ACCEPT AN INVITATION TO PLAY.)
  • Registration Fees Include: Uniform Jersey (pants not included), One Tournament Fee, Umpire Fees, as well as all relevant Field, Insurance, and Registration Fees
  • *Select Fees: An additional $100 fee will apply for All Players on Select Teams following the selection process 
  • Nominal Fees (Snacks, Spirit Wear, Team Parties, etc.) will be in addition to registration fees and will vary on a team-by-team basis
  • All registrations received after August 1, 2024, will be based on availability
  • PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE: Pay half now and the remaining balance on August 11, 2024.
  • REFUNDS: If a player requests a refund before August 10th, they will be refunded their registration fee less a $25 processing fee. NO REFUNDS after August 10th.

​Rec Teams - Season Format

  • Recreation teams available for all players in the 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, & 14U age divisions. Everybody plays.
  • All players are automatically placed in Recreational Softball upon registration. 
  • Teams practice once per week, play one game on Sunday and participate in one Tournament (included in the registration fee)
  • 14u Teams may play on Saturdays.
  • Recreational Season Games will begin on September 8th and will conclude on November 17th
  • Friend Requests
    • 6U — Friend and Coach requests will be a primary consideration when forming teams, although we cannot guarantee that all requests will be honored
    • 8U/10U/12U/14U — Friend and Coach requests may be submitted. We will try to accommodate as many as possible, but the primary criterion in forming teams will be to distribute talent evenly and to provide each team with sufficient specialty position players (Pitcher, Catcher, 1B). We cannot guarantee that any or all of these requests will be honored. Email all requests to registrar@tustingirlssoftball.com.

Select Teams - Season Format

  • All players are placed in Recreational softball upon registration. Players must try out or be invited to join a Select team. Players who try out for Select but do not make a team will be added to the Rec draft and will be added to a Rec team. 
  • Select teams are advanced teams formed by invitation only in 8U, 10U, 12U, AND 14U
  • Fall Select has different rules from Spring Select and is designed to be an extension of the All-Star season
  • Teams practice 2 times per week, play doubleheaders on Sundays and participate in Two Tournaments (one tournament fee is included in the registration fee)
  • Pumpkin Tournament: TBD
  • Turkey Tournament: TBD
  • Select Season games will begin on September 8th and will conclude on November 17, 2024

Players who wish to be considered for a Fall 2024 Select Team should SUBMIT INTEREST HERE and attend a tryout. Players may not attend Select Tryouts without first registering and submitting interest.

Interested players should attend the Select Tryout. All players who try out for a Select team and do not make a team will be required to attend the Rec Evaluation and will be drafted to a Rec team.
